Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the mailbox you want to redirect messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
